Bits / 2021 / Bronze Medal Improve my processes

This one is a little tricky to quantify, so I’ll concentrate on the why part for now. I’ve been doing the same job for 12 years now, and over time I’ve developed a lot of habits - some good, some not so good. This year I want to reevaluate how I get things done and make improvements where necessary.
