All of my exercise for 2019 revolved around running.
For 2020 I want to expand my exercise plan to include bodyweight exercises. I’ve done them on-and-off (mostly off) for the last couple of years, but I think if I stick with them I can actually progress.
I’ll be using the recommended routine from fitloop, and I’ll probably mix in some custom routines for training individual skills.
Learn the frog stand
Learn basic L-sit
Learn dragon flag
