		<description>What a great story. I had a major procrastination problem and found that the key to fighting it was controlling my thought process just as you did. The most common reason for procrastination is fear. If I was overwhelmed by something then I just changed thought to myself "I really want to do this, what is the best way I can achieve it?" This really worked and my subconscious came up with ideas on how I could best tackle the situation. It also calmed me down which is very important.
