Reminds me.... we always hear of that case study where graduates from a top university were tracked on how successful they were after graduation. 

Many years later the 3% who wrote down their goals were worth more collectively than the rest of the 97% combined!

		<description>Great site man - this is great, no-nonsense info for peope to start planning and achieving their goals.  The progress log is a new idea I hadn&#039;t heard of before, I may need to try that.  For me the constant daily micro-review and weekly macro-review are key.</description>
